"What a way to screw your loyal customer. Called in and asked them to send me a quote for my new car. Three hours later, Ruby called back and ask me to pay for the new policy, she tried to charge me instead of sending me a quote. We had a serious argument and I refused to pay without looking at the quote in writing. Finally, Ruby sent me the quote I've been asking for, I think her boss made her do that. The quote for the new car was good and I proceeded for payment. A day later, I got an email from Stat Farm with a totally higher charges compare to the quote. I called in and somehow talked to the boss, Jason. This is the first time I talk to him after 6 years being his customer. The man had a talking style like he didn't care. Turned out, he really didn't care at all. He blamed the issue on the new trainee and wound not do anything to fix it. I learned this a hard way. They will do anything for the potential clients but very minimal for their current ones."
